Well, the holiday madnesss has come and has finally gone, and I am beginning to settle into the idea of having nothing to do for the next couple of weeks. As I look back on this past year, I am absolutely amazed at how blessed I have been. I have the most wonderful clients who have helped me grow my business beyond what I could have ever imagined. Although there have definitely been growing pains along the way, I can say now that I have learned more that I thought I ever would and I feel that I have grown as a photographer. For those of you who came to me in the beginning, thank you for sticking with me these past few years. What a joy it has been to watch your kids grow up. For those of you who I have just met this year, it was such a pleasure, and I look forward to watching your kids grow! I absolutely love what I do, and you guys definitely keep me going.
I am also very thankful for Christy and Carrie, who came on at my busiest time of the year, and completely organized my life. I look forward to working with them even more in the future and giving them even more things to do! :)
The studio will be closed starting today through the 12th of January so that we can have some time with our families. If you still have outstanding orders (and got them in by the holiday deadline), we will make arrangements for you to have them in time for you to put them under your tree. We will return all calls when we return in January. I will be checking email, but please give me a few days to get back with you.
And do keep checking the blog, because I will be announcing a few special promotions that I will have going on in January and February. I may also upload more pictures if I get inspired because I know that there are still a lot of pictures out there that I never shared.
Since I have been blessed with so many newborns in my studio this year, I thought I would share a little slideshow with you of the newborns from the past year. I hope that I didn't leave anyone out.
Again, that you all so much for everything. I love each and every one of you and your children. I hope you and your families have a wonderful holiday....and I hope to see you again in 2009!
