and we had a good preview of what's to come today. Unfortunately, it looks like mother nature's not quite ready to commit to spring weather since tomorrow is supposed to be FREEZING. However, I was able to take advantage of the warm weather and do my first outdoor session in months. It felt good to be outside again! I first met Ann Park's mommy about 2 years ago when we took her brother's pictures at the Botanical Gardens. He was around the same age then as Ann Park is now. Fortunately, for me, her mommy has stuck with me since then, and I have had the priviledge of photographing A.P. and her brother several times now.
Today we met at the Botanical Gardens to start our session and then headed down to Southside for some pictures that were a little more urban. Unfortunately, we had planned another really cool urban location, but we found out that it was closed on Mondays. Instead, we opted for a cobblestone road and the doorway of an architectural firm. I think the pictures turned out great nonetheless!
The Botanical Gardens is one of my very favorite places to shoot, and it will be in full bloom in just a few weeks (the buds are all starting to come out). However, I love to go new and different places, so if you are booking a session with me, we'll brainstorm & come up with a great location or locations!
Here are some of Ann Park's pictures from today!
